In the Kitchen: Pumpkin Ravioli

Last year, I discovered Pumpkin ravioli and have been in love with it ever since. I was distressed to learn that pumpkin ravioli is a delicacy only served during the fall and winter time. Something about pumpkins only being in season during those times, whatever. ANYWAYS, now that it is once again fall, I thought I would try my hand at making it on my own. Luckily for me, Self mag and I agree on this idea and provided this recipe in their September issue!

  1. I made a variation of this recipe last night, and it was so easy! Instead of pumpkin I used chopped up mushroom, onion, and added some ricotta cheese to the mix. It was delicious. Thanks for the great idea, Kitty!
